1 & 2: This refers to the length/thickness of hair and the time required for a service.
DCF 1 = 45 minute cut appointment | DCF 2 = 60 minute cut appointment

Extra 15 Minutes = Appointments requiring extra time are charged per 15 minutes (prices vary with each level of stylist)
*Extra Colour Charges: Our state-of-the-art VISH colour measuring system means we calculate each gram to the penny so that any extra colour that may be required (over the average amount allotted per colour service) is charged accordingly. This not only prevents wastage but this also means instead of increasing our overall colour prices, we can simply charge the small extra amounts (usually pence or a few pounds) on an individual basis to cover the cost of colour ONLY. It is the most transparent and fair way to make sure the salon is not at a loss but also that guests are not overcharged. All extra charges will be relayed to you by your Stylist/Front-of-House team. Appointment Policies:
- Follow-Up Service: All colour appointments require a follow-up service of a Blow-dry (BD) or Design, Cut & Finish (DCF) with a stylist of any level.
- Consultations: A complementary 15 minute consultation is recommended for all new colour guests or for style changes.
- Skin Sensitivity & Allergy Alert Test: We require new guests to have a skin sensitivity test performed 48 hours prior to a colour service.
- Regrowth Pricing: ‘Regrowth’ = up to 1 inch of natural regrowth. Extra charges may be applied for additional product.
